The spread of coronavirus has forced us to stay indoors and maintain social distancing. It could be frightening for anyone to acknowledge the casualties that have been happening lately due to the disease and how easily communicable it is. It is a different experience than watching a movie, in fact, writers knit the baselines of movies and tv series which are the prime entertainment in the current times.

You can also pick an audiobook if you prefer or read on the kindle, though reading a book is classic and has its own charm.

If you are a fitness enthusiast and exercise consistently then you might know that discipline is the key to maintain a regular workout regime. Doing a moderate work out 3-4 times a week or spending 20 minutes every day on physical activities would help you maintain the basic requirement of our body. Working out keeps your physical and mental health in check, it helps you focus on other important activities as well. There are various youtube videos and phone applications available today which covers up how to stay healthy during COVID-19. 

For people undergoing any mental health condition, an emotional support dog would be a good companion for getting them out for morning walks.

Pick up a New Skill

This is the perfect time you could use to acquire a new skill. This could include joining an online hobby class or something that you enjoy doing.
